This policy explains how Pulse Club collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit our website, book a session, buy a membership or get in touch — and the rights you have over your data.
Who we are
Pulse Club is operated by Sauna & Chill Limited (“Pulse Club”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England & Wales (company number 16384554). We run sauna and cold-plunge studios at 340 North End Road, London SW6 1NB, and 228 Upper Richmond Road, London SW15 6TG. We are the data controller responsible for your personal data. The information we collect
Depending on how you use Pulse Club, we may collect:
- Booking & membership details — your name, email, phone number, the sessions you book and your visit history. Bookings and payments are handled through our booking provider, LegitFit; card payments are processed by their payment provider, and we do not store your full card details.
- Newsletter sign-ups — your name, email and preferred location, if you choose to join our mailing list.
- Enquiries — the name, email and any message you send us by email or phone.
- Website usage — if you accept analytics cookies, information such as your device and browser type, approximate location and the pages you visit, collected through Google Analytics and, where enabled, the Meta pixel.
How we use your information, and our legal basis
- To provide our services — taking and managing your bookings and memberships (legal basis: performance of a contract).
- To send you our newsletter — only if you have asked us to (legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
- To respond to enquiries — (legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you).
- To understand and improve our website and marketing — (legal basis: your consent for non-essential cookies, and our legitimate interest in running our business).
- To meet legal and accounting obligations — (legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation).
Cookies and analytics
Our site uses essential cookies needed to function and — only if you accept — analytics cookies that help us understand how the site is used. Nothing non-essential loads until you choose “Accept” on our cookie banner, and you can decline without losing access to the site. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time.
Who we share your information with
We share data only with the service providers that help us run Pulse Club — including our booking and payment provider (LegitFit), our email-marketing provider, and analytics providers (Google, and Meta where enabled). We require them to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide to us. We never sell your personal data. We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so.
How long we keep your information
We keep personal data only for as long as we need it. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe; booking and financial records are kept for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes (generally six years); and general enquiries are kept for a reasonable period and then deleted.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email info@pulseclubsauna.com. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
International transfers
Some of our providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the UK’s International Data Transfer Agreement or equivalent standard contractual clauses) to keep your data protected.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will appear on this page with a revised “last updated” date.
